This box include a No 7 cast aluminum aebleskiver pan, one pound of aebleskiver mix, one pint of homemade raspberry jam, a knitting needle to turn them, a Danish cook book with many recipes, including one for aebleskiver, and a picture of the finished product, how they are supposed to look like!!

The pan in this package is a modern cast aluminum pan with a great non-stick finish that make baking and maintenance so much easier. When treated right it will make baking a pleasure and the clean up fun. This pan with careful treatment should last for generations to come. not to be used on the flat top electric stoves.
To get started make sure to read the getting started section first. This will make it much easier for you.
